Regent Street > Division 1

Issue number 16 of Tallis's 'London street views' showing nos. 251-328 Regent Street, and nos. 1-3 and 14-15 Langham Place. John Nash was the architect responsible for the lay-out of Regent Street, although only All Souls Church survives as originally designed. The church was built in just over two years, from November 1822 to November 1824, and unusually combines a classical portico with a gothic spire.
